LOGOS& TRADEMARKS

The guidelines specified on this
webpage serve as the standard for
all third parties regarding usage of
the logo (“logo(s)”) and trademarks
(“trademark(s)”) of Win Win Win
Global, LLC®
(hereby referred to as “Win
Win Win Global”) or its
subsidiaries.
A general rule is that any third
parties may not use the Win
Win Win Global logo or trademarks
without written authorization via
e-mail, fax or letter dated and
signed by a Win Win Win Global officer.
When authorized, the logo and
trademarks must ALWAYS be used per
the following guidelines:
1.
Use only
approved Win Win Win Global
logo and trademarks as provided:
 “Demand
Locally, Supply Globally”™
2.
No logo
or trademarks can be modified in
terms of colors and font. The size
and dimensions must be proportional
to the original provided by Win
Win Win Global if they have to be
increased or decreased.
3.
The logo
and trademarks may not be used in
manner that might imply that any
non- Win Win Win Global materials,
digital or physical, including but
not limited to goods, services,
websites, publications, and signs
are sponsored, endorsed, licensed
by, or affiliated with Win Win Win
Global.
4.
The logo
and trademarks may not be displayed
as a primary feature on any non- in
manner that might imply that any
non- Win Win Win Global materials.
Businesses using the logo pursuant
to these guidelines must also
display in the primary and more
prominent position, their own logo(s),
business name, product names, or
other branding.
5.
The logo
and trademarks may not be imitated
or used as a design feature in any
manner.
6.
The logo
and trademarks may not be used in a
manner that would disparage Win
Win Win Global or its products or
services.
7.
Neither
the logo nor the Win Win Win
Global name may be used in any
other company name, service name,
product name, domain name, website
title, publication title, or the
like.
8.
Non-Win Win
Win Global
materials should not mimic any
Win Win Win Global advertising,
product packaging, or website
design.
9.
The
logo and trademarks must be used as
provided by Win Win Win Global with
no changes, including but not
limited to changes in the color,
proportion, or design, or removal of
any words or artwork. The logo may
not be animated, morphed, or
otherwise distorted in perspective
or appearance.
10.
The logo
and trademarks must stand alone and
may not be combined with any other
object, including but not limited to
other logos, words, graphics,
photos, slogans, numbers, design
features, or symbols. The logo and
trademarks must never be used to
represent the word "Win Win Win
Global" in text, including in a
headline, product-name logotype, or
body copy.
11.
The logo
and trademarks must not be
incorporated or used in any manner
as part of, or in close proximity to
another company's name, domain name,
product or service name, logo, trade
dress, design, slogan, or other
trademarks. The logo and trademarks
must never appear with any other
symbol or icon; contained within a
box, circle, or other shape; or
combined with any other name, logo,
or icon to create a co-branded logo.
12.
Win Win Win
Global reserves
the right in its sole discretion to
terminate or modify permission to
display the logo, and may request
that third parties modify or delete
any use of the logo that, in
Win Win Win Global’s sole judgment,
does not comply with these
guidelines, or might otherwise
impair Win Win Win Global’s
rights in the logo. Win Win Win
Global further reserves the right
to object to unfair uses or misuses
of its logo or trademarks or other
violations of applicable law.
13.
To the
extent a name or logo or trademark
does not appear on this page does
not constitute a waiver of any and
all intellectual property rights
that Win Win Win Global or its
subsidiaries has established in any
of its product, feature, or service
names or logos or trademarks.

On this website, logos and
trademarks of Win Win Win Global’s
manufacturers/ partners /suppliers
/vendors are used with their
permission and they are the property
of the prospective owners as
separate legal entities. Here is a

logo or trademarks. Win Win Win
Global further reserves the right

of its trademarks or other

Any other logos
or trademarks or company names
mentioned or used on the Website are
the property of those companies
respectively.
