1.   Do you have a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum dollar amount requirement for an order, however, all orders have a minimum quantity requirement.
We are engaged in the business of direct sales from manufacturing/distribution/whole sale globally, NOT retail. To achieve scales of economy and provide our customers with the BEST price, we have to set up a minimum quantity requirement for all items manufactured.
2.    How can I receive a catalog?
Currently we offer 3 product lines and you can get a catalog for each line.
There are two options to receive a catalog: Online View ONLY or Downloading it from Our Website (PDF Format). Please go to Product Catalog Tab on the top for details.
We do NOT offer a hard copy because of two reasons: (1) We make every effort to go green and be environment friendly. Therefore, we only make digital copies of the catalogs available, which are so easy to request and use. (2)  A hard copy can be so easily outdated. Due to constant market changes, we always try hard to make them as updated as possible. But it is time consuming to revise a catalog and get it printed out physically. It is more much more efficient and effective to have an updated catalog in the digital format.

3.   How can I get a quote?

We manufacture each and every product based on each customer’s CUSTOMIZED needs and requirements. To do so, we need you to email us your requirements and needs IN DETAIL before we can email you a quote.

4.    How long does it normally take to receive the products?

Since each product is designed and made per the customer’s unique requirements, the total time needed really depends on the specific product. Please refer to the major steps as a guideline how we handle most products. However, here is some info on some milestones:
Design: 10 - 15 business days.
Prototype: 15 business days.
Manufacturing in Bulk: Depending on the product procedure and quantity.
International Shipping: Depending on the destination and season of the year. Min. 35 days.
Customs Clearance and Inland Delivery: Depending on the distance and season of the year.
In general, it takes AT LEAST 3 to 4 months for the whole process. “GOOD PLANNING IS HALF DONE!” Please contact us as early as you can! We always work months ahead of the calendar in our business!
